We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for large oven returns.
Do Gozney ovens come with a warranty?
Yes, all our ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty, which can be extended to 5 years if you register your product on our website within 60 days of purchase.
Can I use my Gozney oven indoors?
The Roccbox and Dome are designed for outdoor use only. Using these units indoors can lead to a buildup of carbon monoxide and poses a serious safety risk.

How do I clean and maintain my pizza oven?
