At Gozney, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If your oven or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original Gozney boxes, ensuring all components and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
